By joining the Viber community of Ginebra San Miguel Inc. (“GSMI”), “One Ginebra Nation Community” (“OGNC”), you knowingly and voluntarily agree to receive various information related to, in connection with or relevant to GSMI, such as but not limited to, information about its products, events, promos and PBA team, Gin Kings. The personal information (e.g. name, contact number, picture) that we may have access to when you join the OGNC will depend solely on the Viber account that you created. Please note that GSMI does not have any control over the creation of your Viber account, the personal information that will be visible to the public, and how Viber will use or process your personal information, the same being subject to Viber’s own Terms and Policies, including its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. GSMI assures you, however, that it will not use any of your personal information, except to relay GSMI-related information as mentioned above.
