Being a majority-owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, GSMI has adopted a Manual on Corporate Governance closely patterned after that of its parent company. Ensuring that the Manual is current and consistent with the prevailing issuances, rules and circulars of the Securities and Exchange Commission (collectively, the “SEC Rules”), GSMI amended the Manual twice in 2014 to align the provisions thereof with the SEC Rules.
GSMI continues to review and strengthen its policies and procedures to maintain its standards of excellence, in the best interests of the company and its stockholders.
